Lawsuit Filed Over Plainfield Park Site

Solar Construction at the site proceeded only after a bill was signed by Gov. James E. McGreevey in December. Plainfield was allowed to build, so long as it had not used state funds to build the park and provided that it work with environmentalists in finding an alternate site for a park in the city.
